Our website is hosted by Squarespace. To deliver the website and maintain its security and functionality, Squarespace processes technical information such as your IP address and information about your browser, device and network. We also use Squarespace analytics to understand how visitors use our website and improve it. This may involve information about pages visited, referring websites, clicks and the dates and times of visits.

For processing necessary to operate and secure our website, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website. For optional analytics involving personal information, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw your consent through our cookie preferences. Confirm that this matches your settings before publishing.

Online appointment booking
Our booking button takes you to a separate booking page provided through EXACT/Software of Excellence. Information you enter there is processed through that booking service rather than through a form on this website.
Please read the privacy information available when booking. Our practice’s use of appointment and patient information is covered by our patient privacy notice.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace and its service providers process visitor information to operate and secure the website and provide website analytics. Squarespace also processes certain visitor information for its own purposes, including maintaining the security of its services.

International processing
Squarespace and Google operate internationally. Website visitor information may therefore be processed outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States.
These providers describe the legal mechanisms they use for international transfers, including recognised data protection frameworks and contractual safeguards where applicable.
Squarespace’s arrangements include the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where required, standard contractual clauses with the UK international data transfer addendum.
For further details about these arrangements and how to obtain information about the safeguards, see:
You can also contact us using the details in this notice if you have questions about international processing of your website information.
How long information is kept
Retention periods vary according to the type of information and why it is processed. We retain personal information for website operation, security and analytics only for as long as necessary for those purposes, taking account of technical needs and legal obligations.
Where enabled, Squarespace’s Activity Log displays individual website visits from the previous seven days. This does not mean that all visitor information is deleted after seven days; other analytics and technical information may be retained for longer.
Cookies have different expiry periods. Details are available in Squarespace’s cookie guide.
For information retained by Squarespace and Google for their own purposes, please see:
Information submitted through our separate appointment booking service is covered by the booking service’s privacy information and our patient privacy notice.
